Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Zablas, including with a keyboard, a screen reader or other assistive technology. Here is where we stand and how to tell us about a problem.

The standard we follow
The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, referenced by the European standard EN 301 549, as required by Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act).
What we have done
- Text and buttons have enough contrast with their background, brand colours included.
- Everything works with a keyboard; the "Skip to content" link jumps past the menu.
- Product photos have alternative text, and ratings are read out as a number out of 5.
- Forms have labels and error messages that screen readers announce.
- Every page states its language (Italian, English, German, French, Spanish), and animations stop if your system asks for less motion.
- Links and buttons are large enough to tap on a phone.
- We check the main pages with automated tools (axe-core) and by hand, on computers and phones.
Known limitations
- Sellers upload their own product photos and descriptions, so some alternative texts may be generic. Tell us and we will fix them with the seller.
- Automatic translations of product pages may contain mistakes.
- The seller and admin areas are still being checked.
- The anti-bot check and the pickup point maps are run by other providers.
